New Jersey, USA Based Multinational Fast-Food Restaurant Get Solution with NetSuite Service

Client Overview:
USA Based multinational fast food restaurant franchise that specializes in sandwiches, salads, wraps and drinks. The client has an EDI platform for managing purchase orders with their suppliers.

Problem Statement:
With the third-party EDI platform, the client encountered numerous challenges and problems when attempting to build new products through NetSuite integrations and receive order acknowledgement from the vendor.

Solution Provided:
Developed a custom import tool that allows vendors to submit product information in CSV file format. Our backend procedure reads the CSV file and creates a new NetSuite product from the information.

Created a custom vendor portal within NetSuite by creating dynamic pages and tabs for the following features.

• Purchase Order Acknowledgment process,
• Fulfilment Management
• Generating Vendor Bills

Performed NetSuite data migration activity to migrate all the vendor information in NetSuite.
